I will often include local and handmade products to help support our small local businesses where I have also created custom made orders for that unique gifting.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping only available in New Zealand.
Deliveries will generally take 3 - 5 business days to reach their destination. Please take into consideration a possible delay caused by public holidays, keeping in mind that couriers do not deliver in the weekend.
I am only able to deliver to physical addresses therefore am unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Tracking:
Tracking information is sent when items are shipped using the contact information provided by you, Mumma Jo's takes no responsibility for any incorrect information provided.
Undelivered/Lost/Damaged Parcels:
All care is taken to ensure parcels are delivered in a timely manner, and great care is taken when packaging orders. I have no control over what happens in the parcels once they are collecte from me. If in the unlikely event you do not receive your parcel in 12 business days (NZ) please contact me on info@mummajosnz.com and if required, I will lodge a claim with the delivery provider.
